DC Planetary Gear Motor 42PG775

Advantages of Planetary Gear Box
1. High Torque Density:
Due to the compact design, can transfer the maximum amount of torque in a limited space.
2. Precise and Stable: Central loading concentration, no lateral pressure on the gear teeth, and the power is transmitted radially. 3. Long Service life:
Distribute the load among different gears, decreasing the strain on individual gears.

Planetary Gear Box + PMDC Motor

What is Planetary Gear Box?
A planetary gear box includes a sun gear, planetary gears, an inner ring gear and a planetary carrier.
The sun gear acts as the central gear in a planetary gear system, receiving rotation from the input shaft. it exerts force on the planetary gears, causing them to rotate. The inner ring gear is fixed, the planetary gears will also revolve along the trajectory of the inner ring gear while being driven by the sun gear. The planetary gear is connected to the output shaft through a planetary carrier, so when the planetary gear rotates and revolves, it will ultimately transmit the rotational force to the output shaft, achieving the effect of deceleration and increasing torque.

What is PMDC motor?
PMDC motors are mainly composed of two parts: stator and rotor.
Permanent magnets are installed on the stator to generate a fixed magnetic field; There are armature windings and commutators on the rotor. The armature winding is connected to the external circuit through electric brushes. When current passes through the armature winding, a rotating magnetic field is generated, which interacts with the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet to drive the motor to rotate.

Advantages of PMDC motors
1. Fast response:
Due to the use of permanent magnets, the response to voltage changes is very fast.
2. Lower cost:
Compared to brushless motors, brushed motors have lower manufacturing costs.
3. Convenient control:
The control of brushed motors is relatively simple and suitable for various fields such as electric tools, household appliances, industrial equipment, etc.
